We know children have their own preferences, especially when it comes to taste. That's why your first AYA Milk Mix Starter comes with a money-back guarantee.
If your child doesn't enjoy the taste, you can request a refund under the following terms.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Applicable product: Valid only on the AYA Daily Nutrition Milk Mix 7-Day Starter Pack, for both 2–6 years and 7–12 years variants.
- First purchase only: The guarantee applies to one Starter Pack per household and is limited to first-time customers.
- Claim period: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
- Product trial: Your child must have tried the Milk Mix prepared according to the instructions on the pack. The product may be opened and partially consumed.
- Reason for refund: The guarantee covers genuine taste-related dissatisfaction, including your child not enjoying or accepting the product.
- How to claim: Contact AYA's customer support at hi@asyouasked.com with your order number, registered contact details and a brief explanation of your experience.
- Refund amount: Eligible claims receive a refund of 100% of the Starter Pack's product price actually paid, excluding any separately charged shipping or convenience fees.
- Refund processing: Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 business days through the original payment method, wherever supported.
- Purchase channel: Valid only for purchases made directly through AYA's official website. Purchases through Amazon or other marketplaces are governed by the applicable channel's policies unless expressly included in this offer.
- Fair use: AYA may verify purchase details and decline duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible claims, with the reason communicated to the customer.
