3. DELIVERY-RELATED ISSUES

For delivery-related concerns including:

  • delivery disputes

customers must notify us within 7 days from receiving the delivery confirmation message from our logistics partner.

Claims raised beyond this period may not be eligible for review.


4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible return requests must be raised within 4 working days from the date of delivery.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via authorized payment partners, including Razorpay, within approximately 15 working days, subject to banking timelines.

  • request additional verification before processing refunds

5. AS YOU ASKED WALLET TERMS

The As You Asked Wallet and cashback program are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cashback offers are available only to eligible users as determined by the Company.
  • Cashback validity is limited to 90 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified.
  • Expired cashback cannot be reinstated or redeemed.
  • Cashback cannot be combined with certain other offers, coupons, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • The maximum cashback balance or earning limit may be capped at the Company’s discretion.
  • Customers may redeem only a specified percentage of wallet cashback per transaction, subject to promotional conditions active at the time of purchase.

  • If an order is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent, associated cashback may be reversed or withdrawn.

6. PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS AND SPIN THE WHEEL TERMS

Promotional campaigns, including “Spin the Wheel” offers, are subject to the following conditions:
